Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

Yes, they are different.  I'm afraid I don't know the difference just by looking and he hasn't included a part number there.

Ryan, I am no expert on spindles but those do not look like disc brake spindles.

Attached are two photos.

The first from the e-bay link you posted and the second of a pair of '69 Charger disc brake spindles.

Not even close.
