Does anyone know what color black is used on dashes, steering columns, glove box door, etc?I have seen other threads on this site and my understanding is ,they used what you call a suede black on the dash.I have never heard of this color.Would my neighborhood paint store know what Im talking about? Also, what would be the same thing as a suede black? Thanks to all in advance. This site has really been a Godsend while tearing down my Charger.

On the metal parts of the dash and the steering column the factory used black suede textured paint, you cannot buy it in a spray can.Mopaints can mix it  and you can shoot it with a spray gun.
For the soft padded parts on the dash and the rest of the interior i used SEM LANDAU BLACK DYE,which was a very good match.
