fender tag location??

I'm trying to find my fender tag on my 70 charger.  I know it sounds like a stupid question, but where is it?

On the drivers side inner fender lip, by the battery.

the s.o.b.'s took it.  Does that make my car worthless?  Ah, I don't care anyway, its a base 318 model, but the car is plum crazy with white interior which I was told is rare

Nah, not worthless, just no proof. Unless you have the buildsheet that is, which has more information than the tag. Have you found the buildsheet yet? It should be in the rear seatback.

If your divider is missing like many are, you will be able to see if from inside the trunk. Good luck!

on my dart...it was on the seat bottom...not back...so i couldn't see it through the trunk
