Need Some Help Please!

My 1969 Charger R/T SE 440 came from the factory with power disc brakes.  I want to put the correct power disc brake components on my car during the restoration.    Over the course of its lifetime, some of the components have been replaced.

Focusing on the power brake booster and master cylinder right now, can someone please tell me what the correct Bendix power brake booster looks like with photos?

My service manual shows two different part #'s (2883056 & 2883091) for the Bendix booster.  Would these numbers be on the unit itself?  Id so, where?

My Hollander interchange manual shows the boosters are the same from '68-'70 and offers up the Mopar # 2883056, as mentioned above.  I am assuming I should focus my search on the # 2883056 booster.

Attached is a photo of the brake booster currently in my car with a drum brake master cylinder (lid held in place with a bolt and clamp rather than the bail wire). 

Also attached is a photo of the proper Bendix 4-bolt mount master cylinder with the correct casting # (2226821) stamped underneath and the lines coming out on the engine side.  I know this because I had this chart with me during my hunt and I took this off of a '69 Charger SE last week

I have looked at numerous photos of brake boosters and see way too many options.

Any help would be much appreciated and of course, if I have incorrect information, please correct me.

 I have been told by guys examining my car at shows that the second pic is correct, it's what i have, and they called it the "dual pot" resevior,.. They seem really impressed too.. 
  But i wont stake my life on it,.. being second hand info..

 yeah,..  but he's got Discs.

That is why I mentioned it. I think he has a drum setup in the car now.

The master cylinder in the second pic is what was in my car when I got it. I have factory power discs, too.

Not the greatest picture, but it's the best I have.

I see your lines come out on the fender side - is your car a hemi?

Nope. It was originally a Base model 383 auto with A/C, Power steering, power front disc brakes. (and power windows, AM/FM, 6-way seat, woodgrain, too.)

Here's a Bendix Booster with the disc brake master cylinder... This is a set for power disc brakes...
You'll probably recognize the picture of the T5 Daytona on ebay..

Yeah, I know. I thought someone was adding options into the car at some point, but I have a partial build sheet that confirms everything but the woodgrain dash inserts.. or at least I haven't figured that one out yet.. The seat is definitely listed on the sheet.

I have a rusty old 69 with factory disks on the front and has never been touched and its brake set up is spitten image of your number one pix...
