I assume I'm the closest.  (I think the car is on ebay & according to them, I'm < 5miles, but it's probably a few more than that.)  I live in Selkirk.
I emailed CB so unless he wants someone more knowledgeable to look at it, I would think it'll be easiest for me, which I'll gladly do.
