Well, I picked up a used 69 Low Power 440 for my 68 Charger.  I'm working on putting it in my Charger with an 18-Spline 4-Speed.

I will be running a Holley 3310 750 CFM with vacuum secondaries and 1 3/4" headers.  Other than that the engine is stock.  I was wondering what would be a good Jet size to start off at?  What can be done about the secondaries, find different metering plates?

Also any idea where I can get the Bellhousing to Block attaching screws?  particularly the 7/16" ones?  I have a pile of bolts and none of them work, Including a 7/16" fine thread bolt.

Where would I find the hardware to mount the starter?  Will my 318/TorqueFlight stuff work?

Any tricks to checking Bell-Housing runout?  I tried with my dial indicator and magnetic base, but it's too cumbersome to come up with reliable results.  Thanks for any help

any bolt supply store can sell you the 3/8 & 7/16 bolts you need
I would start with stock jetting , the rear plate could be drilled If it is off on the lean side , there are at least 5 versions of the 3310 & the jetting may change between each one but around 72 should be close
checking bel runout is done with a magnetic base dial guage , it will take some fiddling around to get it to read properly
