Anyone driving up and down Woodward this weekend? We made the trek from Nova Scotia... muscle car/hot rod overload for me -- don't get to see a fraction of this stuff where we live. It's all good.

Have seen 1 nice yellow first gen, 4 second gens -- no thirds yet -- lots of other Mopars though -- gonna try and get a digital camera tomorrow and grab some pics.

Anyone from this board here?

Yeah I am-theres lots of nice cars, been this way all week. Can't believe theres so many  nice old cars still left. Was on Woodward last weekend-one week before the cruise and it still was loaded with nice rides. Seen a 1930's street rod, that would be my pick-light wight and with a nice V8 motor. Were a bunch of new Corvette's and all that too-big deal, they should keep the new cars at home. Thats how the cruise day is, 25 years or older on the 2 right lanes.

PS -looks like rain for tomorrow, but that won't stop all of them. It be burn out heaven if it rains. The cops ticket anybody with a water jug pouring it on the road but they can't stop the rain ha ha.

Trust me if you have never gone to Woodward you don't know what your missing out on. Once you go you will never miss it again.

It's almost hard to do pics for Woodward.  It's something you need to experience to really understand it.  The smells, the sounds, the crowd stretching for miles.  Those are the things that really make Woodward stand out.

I wonder if there is a aerial picture of woodward somewhere.   :shruggy:

After looking at the web site, it seems I wasn't too far off!   :D

These photos are from 2005 and here is a link to the site.

I'd like to see it for myself, one of these years.

That's getting there.  A 20 mile long traffic jam in two directions with a million people watching. ;D

I was at the private party for Takata at Village Chrysler.  The pictures are of my 72 Road Runner and 73 Cuda.  The other one was on top of the parking garage.
