Dings

If having a total respray on a car do they usually have to replace the panels if they have some light dings or is there a process of straightening them out? Parking dings i'm talking about

Panels get replaced when they are too far gone to repair, dings and dents get hammered out.

Dings and dents are no big deal. That's what bodymen do.
