Mufflers....(for rally use!)

here's my question:

I've been looking through the rulebooks for a couple rally racing organizations, and one of them has a rule where the sound from the mufflers cannot exceed 86dB at 3500 RPMs from 50 feet away.

can a stroker small block(<384ci) pull this off while making 400+hp? if so, which mufflers?

Do you know anybody already competing in these rally's?  What are they running?

that's the problem.....they all use the smaller cars.  I'd like to be one of the only V8's competing though...

headers and 3 inch dynomax racebullets right off the headers bigblock b body. i beleive it had the 383 in it at the time running a best of 12.49@109   84 db at 50 feet at a right angle from the car at  3000rpm  you sghould be safe
