I've always understood the general discussion area to mean general automotive discussions but then I've seen many general automotive subjects moved to off topic. Personally I think this section should be for '66-'74 Charger topics only, since that's what we're about here, and it seems that's kind of the direction it has gone.

I've previously been in the habit of moving non-Charger related topics to "Off Topic" myself, but here lately everything "automotive" related has stayed in General Discussion.  Even the "Strat/Truck" thread was dropped back in G.D., so that tells me anything automotive-related stays in G.D.  It's fine by me to handle things that way (it's not my forum, I just work here  :P ), although it does get a little cumbersome with all those threads lumped together.

FWIW I think that in Troy's grand plan there will be a separate forum for Charger-related topics, and another section for automotive-but-not-Charger related topics.  When that will be, I dunno.  Troy's been much busier of late with job stuff, and traipsing off to all those car shows this summer probably didn't help with his "forum projects" list any.

He'll get it done though.
