73 Challenger. 360 . Electric Fuel Pump. 3/8 main fuel line - 1/4 return from the Vapor Separator.
My tank has a 4 line vent block that leads to 1 line into the carbon canister.

Can I disconnect the canister ???? Will it affect anything?????

What can I do with the line from the vent block on the tank?????

Thanks
Pete

The carbon canister was to catch vapors coming off the tank and then soak them into a charcoal assembly instead of being vented to the atmosphere.  So disconnecting it will not affect performance one way or the other.  It's kind of an inert emission control.
As to what to do with the line, just leave it to vent to the atmosphere I suppose.
Why do you want to disconnect the canister?

Thanks for the info Ghoste,
The vent line from the tank is still connected to the canister.
The other 2 hoses from the canister are cut.
and
The canister is empty.
I thought I would just do away with it totally..
