Hey I don't love Gore but he would have been better than Bush, what did he do ? Cut taxes for the super rich -wow. Now we have $3 plus gas, $250 million a day going to "war on terror" , no health care, poor schools , North Korea trying to do who knows what?

I don't know why we just can't get a smart guy in the White House who would just try to make things better for everybody. Not someone like Gore-who is too Goody goody and Bush who thinks he is King.

Don't know--Never found out who or what company owns this site--If its part of Chrysler Motor Company, heck no .

Troy (this is his username) started this site because the original D-C.com site was shut down for various reasons by it's creator Jesse. To my knowledge there is no "company" that owns this site but, it sure is not owned by DCX.  I also don't know what the costs are associated with maintaining the site and when Troy does start excepting donations I will gladly send in.

If Troy feels the need to explain it better I am sure he will.

Yes, I "own" it. It currently costs $150 per month to keep it running - not counting my time and, thankfully, the mods donate their time as well. Hemigeno was able to buy/donate the domain name, ChargerBill donates his time and talent for the graphics, and Mike (6pkrunner) was nice enough to create the board posters. There are still a few hurdles to overcome before I will accept any money to help run the site. Until then, the best thing people can do is to help each other and spread the word about the site.

And Silver is right, political discussions are a no-no and please don't hijack threads.

Thanks Troy and all others - This site has already (in the last day) proved to be all that it should - GREAT WORK!  "Al" would be proud if he checked it out!  Question - if my daughter gets my '74 after I pick up a new Challenger, can I still drop in for a visit?
