I just checked the Ebay listing and it has been pulled by Ebay. Looks like maybe it was a scam.. I told my buddy that car looked too clean and too much had been done for that kind of money!!

I HATE scammers!! They are worse than HITLER!! :flame:

tell you one thing. 89 mopar is one of the coolest people on this site. he went and checked on a car for me about 2 years ago or so(bought it because of his description)..he didn't know me from adam, and went and took time out for me to look at a 70 charger for me. he was so thourough and looked at the car SO WELL for me. i can't thank him enough. just thought i'd throw that in there.. 89mopar if you read this, THANKS AGAIN for all your help. guys like you make this hobby great

Thanks Trav, it's very good to know and I'm sure 89 will get a workout from others up there. It seams like about once a month I see something of interest up his way. This time I'm afraid the seller was a scammer. I've only seen Ebay send out the RED CANCELLED BY EBAY, ad a few times and one of those times they asked me to help them trap the scammer.

Thanks again 89.. I'm reallly kind of relieved that I don't have to pull my trailer all the way up there and back to Florida though!!  :icon_smile_approve:  AND the last 2 cars that I saw come off the supposed PROFESSIONAL AUTO TRANSPORTERS trailers had their frame rails riped out. I've seen pics. here of the same thing..   :flame:  If the "T" locks are tearing out, what is holding the car on the trailer??   :rotz:

I live just 20min east of Seattle myself, but it is hard for me to check out a car very well. I cant
crawl under it or drive it, Sometimes I really hate being in a wheelchair  ::)

Anyway I never find good deals up here on chargers, and there has not been very many, all of
the ones I see are in NY or FL  :rotz: :rotz:

But if you want me to check out something in the future let me know, I will do my best to
check it out.

Thanks Dan.  I didn't realize you are in a chair. I'm sorry for that. The doctors are not sure why I'm not. I've been opened up 2 times and they want to fuse me. I won't let them. They say it's the only way to relieve the pain. I have asked what my chances are and from what they tell me, I will deal with the pain.. I know my time is coming, but, for now I will stay on my feet for as long as I can.

About the Chargers in Florida. I never see them!! The car my buddy was looking at was a 55' T-Bird.

Thanks again..    Steve

I never have started a thread, or said anything really. But I broke my neck 21yrs ago in a foot of snow
riding an ATV 4wheeler. So I have three vertebrae fused together, but that was just to save my life, it
was not a voluntary option. I think you should get at least three opinions on your injury's and get the
problem taken care of as fast as possible. I have a good friend RTPTRON, that just had his surgery he was
kind of putting off, I truly believe after his recovery he will be so damn happy he will jump for joy. ok
maybe no jumping  :icon_smile_big:

Good luck, Dan

Man, another ATV accident. Of coarse very many are riding all the time without problems, but, I have heard of so many that have had bad wrecks on them it's ridiculous.

I've had 2 surgeons tell me I HAD TO have a fusion or I would not walk much longer. Well, the last one to say that was in 1999. I've been dealing with this since 97' .  I go for saddle blocks about every three months. That helps allot. At the moment I am trying to get off all the drugs. It's not easy. The summer heat is not helping. Really it's all the humidity!! Florida is great all winter and spring. Summer is a killer for me.

I don't want to do a fusion because they are working on many alternatives. Once a person is fused there is no going back. The doctors gave me a 30 - 40% chance of a fusion doing the job for me. The other end of it is just a slight slip of a knife and I no longer walk. I chose to wait and see what comes down the road for me.. I can't do much these days, but, if they perfect these new procedures I sure will be busting my ass to be a candidate...
