Hot air balloon

A passenger in a hot air balloon found himself lost after a while. He reduced altitude and than he noticed a woman on the ground. After getting closer he asked her a question:
"Excuse me, can you help me. I promissed my friend to meet him but it seems that I don't now my position right now?"
"You are on a hot air balloon, approximately 20 feet above the ground, 49deg 28' 11'' latitude and 8deg 28' 18'' longitude" was an answer
"You must be an engineer?!" he asked
"Yes I am, but how do you know that?"
"Well, all you said is technically correct but I don't have a clue what to do with that information. You weren't of great help, only make my journey longer!"
"I bet you have job in management?!" she said
"Yes, but how..."
"Well, you don't now who you are, or where you go. You gave your friend a promise but you don't now how to keep that promise and you expect from people bellow you to fix that problem. The fact is, you are in the same position as you were before you met me, but somehow it is my fault now!"
