Dumb cooling system question

Hi all,

I am doing some final work on my interior and I am getting ready to pull my heater box, etc. I also need to do some work with the radiator.  My question is this....is there anything wrong with leaving the cooling system empty for prolonged periods (1 month or so)?  This way I can get the heater box finished etc.  I didnt think so, but wamted to make sure.

No problem at all. Just make sure you seal any openings with duct tape so that "critters" don't move in.
