bracket location

Hi all any ideas were these 2 brackets go

Not a 2nd gen expert, but if used and considering the good conditions it seems to be for the dash harness, so should be attached to the dash pad studs or similar location down the dash. 3rd gens use similars, but kinda closed making a squared shape ring to hold the wiring between cluster and passenger side (above glove box)
