I was presented an offer today and accepted it. I still have the physical and drug screen but the job is in the bag. It's a pretty sweet gig and the benefits are stupendous. It's going to be a really goog deal for my family,

No company car. I got a pretty sweet laptop/tablet. It converts handwriting into type. They gave it to me yesterday. I haven't had a chance to get it set up and play with it yet.

I went from almost hating the job to where it was bearable. Now I'm kind of liking it. The whole culture takes a bit of getting use to. I am slowly adjusting to it. I plan to stay long enough to earn a second retirement. All in all it's a pretty darn good place to work. It beats getting spit on and dealing with drunken idiots all day.
