Anyone have a 15" plain rim for a Bird spare tire AND were these date coded?

The owner before me replaced the plain spare tire rim with a Rallye Wheel spare tire.   Which is cool if you want to do a like for like tire repair, but (as I understand it) NOT factory correct.   I'm thinking to go original IF a) they're readily available and B) not priced out the wazoo!

the original spare was a 2944 450 wheel - part numbered & date coded - NOT readily available & originals are priced "out the wazoo" ~$500+ each - Tony D made reproductions
