Hi I have a 1968 Charger R / T with an Indy 540 alu block. Bought engine mounts from you when it was Hemin's attachment to the block. A question when accelerating, the motor lifts about 1 inch on the left side and it seems that the engine is about 1 inch too high. Have I done something wrong or is it normal? A little uncomfortable that the engine is moving afraid that something will break. Grateful for answer // Anders
Sent this to Mike at Shumacher no answer, hope you can help me.

I had to cut/weld those mounts in order for the engine to sit low enough in my car.

With the bushing setup it has, there should be very little noticeable movement.

It should not move 1 inch. Put a bottle jack under the pan rail with a wood block and look for the movement.

.... I heard a rumor that Schumacher is in the process of being sold?
