69 Charger Door or Quarter Panel Bracket?

Pulled my 69 Charger apart in 2000, and finally in the position to put it back together now.  Unfortunately, trying to remember where parts were pulled from and its like a jigsaw puzzle.  The latest part is not only damaged and rusty, but is stumping me on where it goes. 

I believe it is from either the interior door, or quarter panel.

Anyone recognize it?

 best i can describe it ! its a door vent window fame support locating bracket thingy one in each door, vent  frame  has got a C shape at the front bottom & it drops  over this bracket  support thing . dont think i have a picture will have a look ,  attaching bolts are accessed from the front out side edge of the door shell , below the top hinge
