Who in their right mind would say

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

  Same here over in Orange County N.Y. How long has the 71 been done? Have not seen it on the road yet but I have been out of the picture for a long time. Maybe you can drive by Penning's when the snow is long gone.

You bet! I will be there hopefully when they start back up with the Thursday night shows. Been a long time sine I've gone there with a car.
