Are new dog dish hub caps any good?

I see places sell them with a 247-R part number.  They say they are stainless steel.  Anyone know if they are any good?

I have these.  Overall I would say pretty nice except the black paint is coming off of mine.

At least they don't deform when you install them like the aluminum ones.
