Can someone please post a pic of the under hood bumper area on a 68 hood? This is the area on the underside of the hood where the adjusters/ bumpers on the fender make contact with the hood. I have a 69 hood and wondering if I have to weld up any holes to make it a 68.

The cut out in the rubber air seal is where the adjustable bumper rests.

The two notched areas along the edge is where the hood rests on the rubber bumpers on the fenders.
