I just took mine off. These things weigh like 7 pounds each! I got some chrome caps to fill in the holes and it looks pretty cool like that. Now i'm thinking about how to fill in the small cut outs where the rear brackets were. Has anyone done this? Any tips?

Later on down the road I may get side pipes :yesnod: And then I will likely want to do something about the 2 indentions for the exhaust pipes on that rear valance as well. I would look weird without pipes there. If any 3rd gen guys have done this I'ld like to see pics. :2thumbs:

If you are talking about the rear valence cut outs for the rear bumperguard brackets... get a 71/72 rear valence and done. Without exhaust cut outs if you are thinking on remove exhaust from rear
