I now have my car back. I have a full frontend rebuild kit and tool set ready to go. I have my new disk brakes and lines too.  I have several repair manuals but none go step by step into a full rebuild. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Telvis, redoing my front suspension now.  If you have any questions, let me know and I might be able to help.

I would paint the k frame first before putting all the new stuff on. It sure makes a difference and it's easier to work on replacing all front end components. Not sure if you were planning on doing that. If the motor is not in, disconnect the torsion bars, disconnect brake line hoses, steering box, upper cam bolts on "A" arms/frame and remove four bolts from k frame to the rails. It looks worse than it really is in the removal of the K frame. You gain it when installing the new parts - much easier/quicker and the end product how it looks.  :yesnod:

Thanks for the help. Hind sight being 20/20 I should have removed the K member before I sent it to paint. I didn't realize it had to be removed to rebuild the front end.

does not have to come out, but it makes things much easier in my opinion.  :yesnod:
