replacement studs for E-brake mounting bracket

Does anyone make the welded on studs for the E-brake pedal assembly?  When I was taking mine out of my 69 GTX, both of the studs snapped off.  I can have them spot welded but just need a source for the studs if they are even available.

I ended up welding in a pair of carriage bolts on mine.

I havent popped them off yet.  Is there a square head on the bracket like the carriage bolt has or will the square head need to be ground down to a circular shape?
