Is this the right way to install this wiper link?

On the picture below I am touching the drive link that attaches to the wiper motor.  I think I have it on right.  The offset is away from the front of the car (front of car towards the top of picture.)  Correct?

Forgot to take a picture before I took it apart.    I saw a setup like this on Ebay, $350!!!

Wrong side.. motor attach linkage is mounted on the "FRONT" side of the driven arm.
