Hello,

So, work has commenced on our 400-based, 500 stroker engine for my son's '68 Charger. Wondering if anybody has a suggestion as to a good choice for the oil pan. Looking for something with at least 6-7 quart capacity, but prefer the "road race" low-profile type, especially since my son likes his torsion bars cranked down so his front sits a bit low and mean. Any suggestions appreciated!

Milodon road race pan is the way to go. Expensive but is one cool piece. I've got one on mine and has plenty of ground clearance.

I second this. I also have it on my 493 in my white car.

My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Milodon road race stays out of harms way.

on my 73 the steering touches the pan at full right turn.

Terrific- that is what we'll plan on using then. Thanks, everybody.
