3rd gen rubber molding for bumpers

Does anyone know of a good replacement for the rubber trim that sits on top of the bumpers?

Do you mean the gray rubber located between bumpers and body, attached to bumpers... they call BUMPER FILLERS...

Sorry, no replacements available. you gonna dye with used if you find in better conditions that yours... or if you have lucky to find someone NOS... I have been member of the Charger board ( old one and new one ) since 2001 and never have seen NOS ones on ebay or similars.

What oftenly ppl does is get closer the bumpers up to body, but on rear you need to find 71/72 bumper brackets, and elongate the holes that attachs on front frame rails of your existing front bumper brackets.

There is ppl working on repros I think, but long time without know nothing about that.

I have been planning to do this one my 73.  Is there a post somewhere, hopefully with pictures, that explains the process?  Im not exactly sure what all I need and how to go about it yet.

as stated, juts find the 71/72 brackets to rear bumper, and elongate the front brackets holes what attachs to frame rails to get bumper closer to body... that's all

Thanks for the info and ideas.  Mine aren't in terrible shape, but it would sure be nice to have some without pieces missing off of them.
I have'nt yet started the restoration so I've got time to find some.

I've seen used ones at swaps in good shape and fairly cheap, I needed one piece and found one at the nats last year and just spray painted them all came out very nice. I was lucky the I only neede the small corner, my big pieces were in great shape just faded.
