I have a 68 grill with a frozen vacuum pod. Are these rebuildable?

Did you check to see if it's the linkage or door that's frozen. I just had to free up my heat/ac bypass door under the dash. Vac pod was fine.
As far as I know the pod is just a rubber diaphragm with a rod attached to it.

Thanks for the tip, did some investigating, turns out that the canister was fine.
