Clutch failure

So this happened . McLeod RST twin disc , sheared hub off rear disc . It must have shook so bad it broke the tip off the input shaft .... probably because I kept driving it even when it started slipping  . Sent it back , upgraded to Kevlar RXT specs , hubs look heavier . So far so good . No drag racing till its broken in though . Oh , and unrelated the pickup in the distributor came apart . McLeod customer service is awesome , but the explanation for what happened  was " it`s under warranty " .

Tremec input shaft pilots are hollow?

Not sure . But that`s  a 23 spline 833 .
