Looking for post about "HEMI fender tag found in SE Kansas junkyard"

In the last year or so I remember reading a thread in which a guy commented that he had pulled a fender tag off a hemi charger in a southeast kansas junkyard/salvage many years ago and he was offering it to the new owner with proof of ownership. I found a local guy that bought a hemi 68 hemi Charger out of a southeast kansas junkyard about 20-25 years ago and I figured "what are the odds?"

I have been searching DC.com all morning and cannot find the thread. Does anyone else remember that post? I couldn't tell you what section it was even in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
