Part# HELP!!!

I'm not too sure if this post belongs here, but it is relevant to "wheels & tires."

I have a MOPAR jack & hook. Part# on the hook reads: 3986527, then a letter "U".  Anyone here know what this jack hook is for?? I got it with a bunch of spare parts from my '69 Charger, I know it's not correct for a Charger. I'd like to sell it, but I'd like to know what it's at least for before I place an ad.
I can't find that part# anywhere in my '68-'70 CD manuals.

(Oh, I can't post a pic at this time, either. My wife lost the power cable to our digital camera & now the battery is dead.  :flame: )

39 like first numbers of PN it says to me it could be something like a 77-79 years part

The jack I have belongs to....  :o  A '71 CHEVY VEGA!!!!  :bawling: :scared: :puke:
