Trying to find grade 8 5/8 v 5" bolts and no one seems to have them, Home Depot has them but not grade 8. Would regular bolts be able to stand up to the stress?

68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Most places I've lived have a store called "automotive fasteners" check your local listing.
