1999 Nissan Frontier 4 cylinder dohc

If anyone is familiar with the 2.4 engine cam timing and distributer placement please pm me. I bought this truck with bent intake valves but the engine was mostly disassembled.  I replaced the valves and purchased the Haines repair manual but have some timing questions.
I have all new items to assemble.
