From a 68 rt.

Is it normal to have multiple stamps on the data pad?

Can anyone help decode all of this?

Does it look as if there is a "P" faintly stamped in?

Could this be tampered with?

Cheers

what's the VIN stamped on it back by the oil sending unit?

I am in the process of getting the VIN from the rear of the engine.  Will post when I get it.

What does the numbers mean as far as you can dechier it?

there looks to be a number stamped diagonally above the 440??

HP?

the 22 at the end of the bottom line?

Thx

I was told that the numbers were stamped with a pneumatic gun and, if the operator didn't hold the gun tightly, the gun would jump up/down and leave numerous impressions.  :shruggy:
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
