Exterior And Interior Code Fender Tag

Sorry as this is not clear but can anyone tell from this pic of the fender tag what the exterior and interior code would be ? It's on a 68 Charger, also what does the U mean ? Please see pic below, thanks

Looks like QQ1 ?? Monotone bright blue metallic paint
U = Light blue metallic upper door frame color

That's what I see.  Also looks like TRM = C6B which would be light blue interior. That would fit with the U in the upper door frame.

Are the fender tag numbers supposed to match the sequential numbers on the end of the vin on a 68 Charger ? Thanks

No.

The numbers are the Sales order number.

It should match the body stampings, not the VIN.

In a similar vain (spelling??)....do all 69 Chargers have the number stamped near/under the trunk seal? The metal there on mine "appears" to be original and fairly rusty but I can see no sign of a number in that location at all. I have not removed all the paint yet but I would have expected to see at least a sign of the number.
