Exhaust Hanger...where does it go?

Or maybe someone could tell me what is supposed to hold the rear of the tailpipe in place.

I am thinking it would go on the frame rail by the gas tank is the first place I would look

There is a spot, it looks like it goes...gut I am not sure how to get the bolt inside the frame...or does it use a clip?

I put a new trunk floor in and took a bunch of pictures
Just looking to see if I have a picture of the inside of frame rail to show that space
I found one picture from the outside so far on the computer

Could not find any pictures of the frame rail on the inside at that spot
Will have to look at my car when I get a chance to see if I can tell

Looks like the hanger that bolts to the inside of the rear frames and supports the tail pipes.

Looks like it just uses one of those U shaped clips that has a real nut on one side that goes through the frame to fasten it to
