OK I am investigating fitting a cd player in the radio slot like the guy did in the book Project Charger.  I have removed the radio panel and taken the glove box out.  But I can't figure out how to get the radio out?  :icon_smile_dead:  It won't come out front ways as its too wide.. and it doesn't seem to come out the glove box way... Can anyone tell me please  :-\

Be sure all wires and brackets are disconnected and it will come out from under the dash, may have to remove a defrost hose but it's not hard. There is a support bar and fuse box by glove compartment so it doesn't go that way

Good luck

Hi, thanks for the info.  I did it today and wasn't so hard after all.
