Yes, other than the MAIN vacuum harness banded/taped to it, it's the same

You could use the forward lite harness from the stock 69 as well (I'm assuming your building a clone), if you lengthen it approx 24" from the FORWARD harness connector end, you'll need to change out/lengthen the front directional to use the 69 Valiant directionals, and forward grounds (that will now attach to the Z bars, actually the center hole (there's 3 total 1/8" diameter vertical holes on the Z bar bend area) is used for the ground wire) after you mod the forward harness, you'll need to attach/band/tape the FORWARD vacuum harness to it as well
