How can I tell if I have an original Brake Booster for a 69 Charger RT 440 Automatic with 4 Wheel Drum?

No.  it doesn't.  Mine looks like this.

Not original.  Should be like the one posted by 68 RT.  Could possibly be a Bendix as well though they are more common on the disc brake equipped cars.

The one you currently have looks like a c body one.

That's the same one that was on my 69 when it got it too. (Power drum RT) It's not correct. I actually found a correct NOS Midland Ross tagged for a 68 Charger on craigslist for $100. It's in storage for now as I got a reman'd one from amazon for like $40 (I think it was a glitch) and am running that currently.
