I have converted my 70 Charger RT to front Mopar 11.75 discs with the 11 inch disc TSM kit on the rear.
I have the rebuilt master cylinder and power brake booster for 1970.
What proportioning valve do I need for my new brakes???

Do I need anything else for the changes that I have made???

My car was originally a front drum, rear drum car

I think mopar performance has one if you like that or Wilwood.... or many many others.

Wilwood sells a couple types. One that has a lever with several different preset positions and another with just a knob that you turn to where you like it.

A prop valve is required with disc/drum combinations since the drum brake is self energizing.  With four wheel disc brakes you might not need a prop valve.  Only way you'll know for sure is some testing.  Best way to adjust front to rear braking force with 4 wheel discs is to match the front and rear caliper pison size.  Usually you'll want 75% of the brake force up front but it depends on the center of gravity height, the tire sizes, the weight distribution and the cf of the road that you drive on.

Hey, where would I put the prop valve at in the system???

bull

It goes in-line between the distribution block and the rear brake line. If you're running rear drums you'll also need to install a 10 psi residual pressure valve (basically a check valve) after the prop valve.
