Please help identify part

Hi,
I am brand new to the forum and just inherited a 1968 Charger RT project car with many boxes of parts.
My plan is to go through and find out what I have and what I am missing.  While doing this I came across a couple of brackets (See Picture) and I cannot figure out what they would be for, and where their exact location would be.  The floor pans and truck floor have been cut out of the car, so I am guessing it was attached somewhere to one of them.
Any help would be appreciated!

Those are the gas tank strap brackets that get welded to the outside of the TRUNK floor.

What is a TRUCK floor ?
