Question about tail stripe.

I'm toying with the idea of shaving the markers on my 69. My question is can I get a solid stripe, and how would it look?

I did think about doing that. I thought about moving the R/T down a little so it might balance it aout. Anyone have pics of a tail stripe on a car with no markers?

The stripe is solid......the markers are not cut out
