I've had this bookmarked for a long time. They sell both 10" smooth and 11" finned as complete sets.

I think I have 9" drums on the rear (I have an 8.25 diff that im rebuilding right now).
The 9.XXX on the outside of the drums indicate diameter right?

Possibly... but if was the case and you want all new anyhow I'd just grab a 10 or 11" kit and "upgrade".
