Does anyone have the formula for turquoise engine paint?

I cant seem to find the formula for turquoise engine paint for my 68 440.  The stealerships are all out of spray bomb cans and i would rather shoot it thru the gun anyways.  I called the parts store but they are helpless without the PPG code or something similar to cross reference.
