71-74 B Body Interior Reproduction Parts

[1970 RT/SE]

Looking into getting my 71 Charger painted and redoing the interior. The car is a blue interior car so the original panels are junk. I have collected the hard plastic pieces of the years but there not perfect and even after dyeing aren't going to be 100%. Years ago I had a set of lower door panels that came with some parts I bought and I thought they were horrible. My question is have the panels gotten any better ? I will need A pillar, kick, lower door and rear seat panels . Any advice from those that have been through this would be appreciated. Thanks

just seatbacks got better from some other manufacturer. They are being sold by Classic Industries now. Were sold initially by an old bussines now closed called RM Restorations... rest of panels are still same $hhiT made by Palco and Accu-Form

the new seatbacks are AMAZING! and they are now being actually MADE in color, not painted!

these are, but take care if your car got the ones with metallic hinges cover setup ( 70/firts half 71 ) or the one piece seat back panels ( second 71 half and laters )

I have got these and Palco ones side by side... DAY AND NIGHT DIFFERENCE!

I think 521resto also got them, but Classic uses to offer discount codes

Thx for info but not what I wanted to hear. Was hoping the other pieces had gotten better. I have some used stuff but when I went to look at some of the pieces not as nice as I remembered. I will have to find some mint pieces to dye but it looks like the rear panels being 71 only are going to be hard to find. Shame because I have a really beautiful set except for the top edge that is up by the speaker shelf.

I'm on a similar deal, but dye parts when I like to use my car as a driver is a big no. IF original parts got regular wear due the friction, paint won't last long either.


and trust me, this become WORST when you have to get a quarter panel from ACCUFORM, since is the only one making them for 74! If Palco/Dashtop could make them maybe I would be a bit happier.

and A pillars are just ACCUFORM for everybody! not other option!
