O ring on steering pump?

Is there supposed to be an o ring on the pressure side of the power steering pump? I thought it was just a compression fitting but it's leaking when fully tightened.

Depends on the pump, Saginaw pump has an inverted flare but the Mopar pump uses an O ring.

Ok.  Mine is a Saginaw and brand new so I need to inspect further.  Thanks for the reply.
