Splash Shield Location Help

This part has been off my car for so long I can't remember where it goes.   I don't have a lift otherwise I would be able to figure it out.

Where does this thing go?   I can't even remember why I took it off.

Left side, cutout area goes over the steering linkage. Attaches to the bottom of the frame rail.
