This one is marked for a 70 and up so it should work for a 69 as well right?  It's 62" long.

mine was the original cable  &  it was   63" inches  , & I got  a new  MP 63inch  one from mancini
its pretty tight ,  just enough to disconnect cable from back of instrument  cluster etc , not sure where you could  make up  for an extra inch  :shruggy:  maybe , not use the factory floor clip or move it or  move the frame rail clip to  a tighter angle  , although its pretty  acute anyway , imo would not do it any tighter ... :scratchchin:

in that link you posted !   says it does for a 69   on page 6   ,  so not sure what to suggest   :ahum:

80" seems a bit much, but a few extra inches would certainly be welcome so I can get the cluster in and out a bit easier. I'll see if I can find something closer to 70".

Measured my original '69 'Bee cable today. It is 60 inches head to head... 61 if you add the 1" that the cable sticks out on the trans end. 383x4speed car, Rallye dash.

I got one from Dante's the other day for my '69/A727 and it went right in and worked perfectly. Sure I probably paid too much but if it works, I don't mind...
